Following this assessment, we will provide a resolution. If the item is indeed damaged or incorrect, we will arrange for a replacement. In cases where a replacement is unavailable or the damage cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Procedures

Since we operate on a COD basis, we do not possess your banking information at the time of purchase. If a refund is approved following our inspection, we will contact you via email to request your bank details. All refunds are processed through bank transfers. Once we initiate the refund, it typically takes 5 to 6 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your specific banking institution’s processing times.
